When is Anger an issue?
Anger is a normal human emotion. Strong feelings of anger are often felt in response to feeling that either you, others or something that is important to you are under threat. Like any emotion though, we can sometimes allow the feeling of anger to take hold of our actions leaving us feeling out of control.

What are the signs of Anger?

What does therapy involve?
