We have expertise in managing stress both for individuals and organisations. Our approach to managing stress begins with understanding the reasons it may be occurring. We will then support you in developing a set of tools and skills to help you more effectively manage in the future.
At Swift Psychology we use an integrative approach to treat stress which often involves utilising components of Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Talking therapies and particularly CBT has been shown to be very effective in the management of mild, moderate and severe stress- with many people making full recoveries in 6 sessions.
