What is a Chronic Illness?
A chronic condition is a human health condition or disease that is persistent or otherwise long-lasting in its effects or a disease that comes with time. The term chronic is often applied when the course of the disease lasts for more than three months.

Step 1: Comprehensive Assessment
Understanding Your Journey
The first step is to complete a full assessment to understand your challenges and requirements. This often involves completing questionnaires to provide us with further information, alongside a 50 minute consultation to understand the ways your Chronic Illness is impacting you.
Step 2: Supportive Treatment
Effective Psychological Support
We provide an integrative psychological approach which ensures you that you are provided with a tailored treatment plan. Throughout the treatment you will modify your thoughts, behaviours and emotions- supporting you in the management of your well-being
Step 3: Ongoing Support
Your Continued Support
We provide ongoing support throughout your treatment. As you progress through your sessions, you will be provided with a comprehensive range of resources including handouts, videos and thought logs. In addition, if required we will liaise with your other health-care professionals which ensures an effective continuity of care
