- Take a moment to get your thoughts and feelings on paper. This can include anything you feel is impacting your life!
- Todays Focus
- This brings your attention to the things that you want to focus on today- not tomorrow- just today.
- Well-Being Wheel
- Check in with the foundations of your well-being including a daily reflection on Sleep, Self-Development, Diet, Exercise and Social interaction
- Gratitude
- Jot down three things that you are feeling grateful for.
- Todays Achievements
- Outline the things that you want to have ticked off your to-do list by the end of the day.
- Daily Check In
- Take a moment to identify the emotions and feelings you are experiencing throughout the day.
- Life Map
- Use the life map to identify internal (thoughts, feelings) and external (actions, behaviours) that are moving you closer to or further away from the person you want to be in the future.
- Future Self
- Considering your life map identify the steps you can take towards the person you want to be in the future.
- Worry Tree
- A proven technique to identify if a worry is in your control, whether you can take action and the next steps to take if you can’t.
- Extra Space
- Enjoy this extra space to write any additional thoughts you may have throughout the day
