Laura is a friendly cognitive behavioural therapist helping clients find solutions to their challenges. Laura has extensive experience and works with children, adolescents and adults. During Laura’s career, she has successfully worked with a variety of individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorders, specific phobias and eating disorders. After gaining her qualification in psychology and counselling, Laura went on to gain her post-graduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Laura has since completed training within an IAPT NHS service. Laura holds experience in primary and residential care settings, including drug and alcohol services, eating disorder inpatient care, psychiatric intensive care units and CAMHS secure units across the Midlands.
